End-User License Agreement:
NOTICE: Failure to abide by any single one of these agreement sections can and will result in appropriate actions taken by the Administration. By downloading the game and/or using this website and the IRC chat room you give your online signature to abide and follow these rules. If you for any reason do not agree with this EULA, please exit this website now. If you break one of these rules, there will be no warning by the Administration of Loradon Online.
Section 1 Site/Game use and Conduct
- You will not hold Loradon Online liable for any damages during the use of Loradon Online's software, site, or IRC Chat room.
- You will not hold Loradon Online's Staff Members responsible for any conduct seen or viewed on any of Loradon Online's Site, forum, Affiliate's site, or in the game.
- In no way will you reproduce any part of Loradon Online, this includes Loradon Online's Software, site, or IRC Chat room, with out stated permission from Loradon Online's Staff.
- You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running Loradon Online.
- You will not sell, copy, or redistribute any content found on Loradon Online's site, software, or IRC chat room.
- You agree not to abuse any bugs found on Loradon Online's software, and you agree to report any bugs to a staff member immediately.
- You agree that you will not post any commercial advertisements, pointless messages, or flood the chat in any of Loradon Online's software, chat, and forums.
- No verbal abuse towards anyone.
- You may not upload or transmit on the Service or the Web Site of Loradon Online any copyrighted content that you do not own all right to, unless you have the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.
- Harassment of other users because of what they say or do is strictly prohibited and will result in deletion of your account in the forums and in the game.
- Expressions of hatred based on race/ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and/or religion are strictly prohibited.
- RESPECT the Moderators and Administrators
- Do not complain about not being a Loradon Online Staff Member.
- An Administrator's word is FINAL, so there is no need to argue with any of the Administrators
- You may not loot other players kill (i.e. take money or items from a fallen creature without the express permission of those who killed the creature if they are in attendance).
- Do not spread or share any illegal programs, sites, or software, anywhere in Loradon Online.
- Sexual Jokes (including harassment) or Adult content will not be tolerated.
- Extremely Foul Language at other's parents or personality will not be tolerated.
- You may not post or communicate any player's real world information (name, address, account name, etc.) through the Loradon Online game or on the official Loradon Online website.
- You may not comment about, post, or link to any offensive or sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive imagery or content.
- You may not impersonate any Loradon Online Administrators.
- You may not modify any part of the Loradon Online Client, Server, or any part of the official Loradon Online website.
- You should not share your account information with others as, you as the account owner, are wholly responsible for the actions of characters created under your account.
- You may not sell, buy or trade characters or items (with real money). Any advertising regarding trading of characters or items on message boards may be deleted without notification. Loradon Online's administration is not responsible for any problems caused by illegal trading, selling or buying of characters or items.
- You may not organize nor be a member of any pledges or groups within Loradon Online that are based on or espouse any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hatemongering philosophies.
- You will follow the instructions of authorized personnel while in Loradon or on the Official Website.
- No talking about religion
Section 2 Further Conduct/All Other
Loradon Online, and all those appointed by Loradon Online to carry out and enforce the set rules have your divine permission to do (in his or her judgment) what is sufficiently in the best interest of Loradon Online, and or an affiliate.
Use of illegal automated programs, Scripts, and Computers
The use of any illegal automated program (Ex. third party bot) or system, devices, computers, or scripts on Loradon Online is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extend of applicable law and may also be liable for the punitive damage. Loradon Online's administration may terminate and permanently disqualify any users who, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Terms of Service. All decisions by Loradon Online's administration are final.
Definitions:
"Loradon Online," "Administrators," "Game Moderators," where stated is a representation of all the Loradon Online Staff Members found on the list at http://www.ifthensoftware.net/loradon_online/devteam.php.
"Affiliates" stands for sites whose links, or advertisements we have present on our site at any given time, and in no way reflect our views or opinions.
"You" represents the user downloading, using, and/or reading this End User License Agreement.
