Rules

1. No swearing will be tolerated.
2. Do not access the SAO server by any means other than the client provided by IfThen Software.
3. Do not impersonate a moderators account, or pretend to be a moderator or game master.
4. Editing the game's music, sound effects, and image files is allowed, but disassembling the executable is against the rules.
5. The moderator's word is final.
6. You are responsible for anything that happens on your account, whether or not it was you directly. Likewise, you are responsible for your IP address. Any trouble caused from your IP address may result in a ban of that address, whether or not you are the one that caused the trouble.
7. Discussion or distribution of illegal or other inappropriate materials will not be tolerated.
8. This is an English language game. Please only speak in English. We cannot moderate other languages.
9. Please keep the chat related to this game only. Off-topic chat, including but not limited to, movies, TV, religion, and other games is not allowed.
10. Advertising is not allowed.
11. Attempting to get around the filter, no matter the reason, is not allowed.
12. No spamming, including HAL command spam.
13. If a moderator thinks you are going to cause trouble, for any reason, you may be banned, locked, or muted.
14. Insulting the moderating team is not allowed.
15. Asking for or transferring personal information such as name, age, location, email address, or gender is not allowed.
16. Discussion of mutes/locks/bans is restricted to email. contact@ifthensoftware.net If you don't receive a response, that means the mute/lock/ban won't be removed.
